The Marian Center, established in 1954 to provide a place for women’s retreats, thrived for 40+ years in this minstry. In 1984 an addition was built onto the original building to provide a health care unit for infirmed DHM.
Today our mission is out-reach. Rooms provide space to host groups and include a chapel, dining room, living room and spacious grounds. Spiritual direction is also available. We also have several Sisters of St. Joseph of Springfield in residence here, who have enriched our lives and the atmosphere of our home.
